Shabbat Greetings:
Torah Question of the Week: Have you ever promised to do something… and then put it off? This week’s Torah portion, the Israelites are told not to put off fulfilling a vow to God, because that is worse than not making the vow in the first place. Has this been your experience? Is making a promise and then not following through quickly worse than not making the promise in the first place?
