Torah Question of the Week: Do you have a garden? Have you ever given your garden a Shabbat? In this week’s Torah portion, we learn about the laws of the sh’mitah year – the sabbatical for the land, in which we neither plant nor harvest our land, but give it a full and complete rest. How can you give the land of your garden a rest? What gifts and understanding would this give you?
