At Temple Beth Ahm Yisrael we believe that learning is the enterprise of a lifetime. Our congregants enjoy lectures, chavruta study (paired learning), discussion groups and more. We have learned about Talmudic scholars, contemporary issues, ethical dilemmas, Israel, to name a few. Each week, we study and discuss a verse from the Torah portion in depth, along with the Talmudic, medieval and modern commentaries on it.
